And now, the end is near.
And so I face the final curtain.
My friend, I'll say it clear.
I'll state my case of which I'm certain.

I've lived a life that's full.
I've traveled
each and every highway,
And more,
much more than this,
I did it my way

난 충만한 삶을 살았고,
정말 많은 것을 경험하며 돌아 다녔지만
그 보다 훨씬 더 굉장했던 것은
난 항상 나의 길을 살았다는 거야

Regrets, I've had a few.
But then again, too few to mention.
I did what I had to do
And saw it through
without exemption

후회... 꽤 있었지
그렇지만 달리 보니,
끄집어내어 이야기할 정도로
많았던 것은 아냐
난 내가 해야 할 일을 했었고
예외 없이 그것을 끝까지 해냈지

I planned each charted course.
Each careful step
along the byway,
And more, much more than this,
I did it my way.

난 계획된 길을 따라가기도 했고
샛길을 따라
조심스러운 걸음도 계획했었어
난 항상 나의 길을 살았다그 보다 더 가치 있었던 것은
는 거야

Yes, there were times,
I'm sure you knew
When I bit off
more than I could chew.
But through it all,
when there was doubt,
I ate it up
and spit it out.
I faced it all
and I stood tall
And did it my way!

그래 맞아
자네도 잘 알겠지만
어떤 때는 지나치게
과욕을 부린 적도 있었지.
하지만 그런 모든 일을 겪는 도중
의심이 생길 땐
전적으로 신용했다가도,
딱 잘라 말하기도 서슴치 않았어
모든 것과 정면으로 맞서면서도
난 당당했고, 나의 길을 갓던 거야

I've loved,
I've laughed and cried.
I've had my fill
my share of losing.
And now, as tears subside,
I ! find it all so amusing

사랑도 해봤고,
웃기도, 울기도 했었지.
가질 만큼 가져도 봤고
잃을 만큼 읽어도 봤지.
이제, 눈물이 가신 뒤에 보니,
모두 즐거운 추억일 뿐이야

To think I did all that
And may I say,
not in a shy way,
"No, oh no, not me,
I did it my way"

내가 했던 모든 걸 생각하니,
부끄러워 하지 않는 투로
이렇게 말해도 되겠지.
"아뇨, 무슨 말씀을, 난 달라요.
난 내 길을 살았어요" 라고

For what is a man,
what has he got?
If not himself,
then he has naught.
To say the things he truly feels
And not the words of one who kneels

사나이가 사는 이유가 뭐고,
가진 것이 과연 뭐겠어?
그 자신의 주체성이 없다면,
가진 게 아무 것도 없는 거지
비굴한 사람들이 하는 말이 아니라,
자신이 진실로 느끼는 것을 말하는 게
진정 남자 아니겠어

And did it my way!
Yes, it was my way...

항상내 경력이 말해주고 있듯이
난 어려움을 피하지 않았고
 내 길을 걸었었어
그래, 그건 나의 길이었어
